STORYBOARDING |
Commonly used by proposal consultants, story boarding is a project aid used to extrapolate out the standard proposal framework or roadmap for complex RFT’s and some RFP’s.
A basic storyboard may simply outline the major sections of a proposal and the planned contents

A more advanced storyboard (as shown below) will generally indicate accountabilities and the readiness of material.

A detailed section-by-section storyboard is shown below.

The main precursor to developing a storyboard is client information capture and the associated audience profile.
Again it should be noted that the sections and their depicted in the diagram above relates to a complex structured tender response and not a commercial RFP.
